Find Your Access/Enrollment Key
Your access/enrollment key may look like:
"12345-1234-12341234" or "12345-1234-ABCD".


The Access/Enrollment Key is Used to Create Your Username and Password
Enter your access/enrollment key in the box and click "Enroll" to create your username and password.

Remember to enter the dashes (-) in the access/enrollment key, but do not enter any spaces.


The Access/Enrollment Key will only work once
When you return to the site, login with your new username and password.
